New Membership Representative

Responsibilities will include: Actively developing leads for prospective members, respond to telephone and e-mail membership inquiries, providing prospective members with an informative tour, present membership options to prospective members and close membership sales, complete all membership paperwork for new members, including application and orientation requirements. This is, in a sense, a sales job. But Club One Fitness is not a hard sell place. Our facility and our people sell themselves.

Required Background: Ability to project and promote a professional image; strong work ethic and customer service skills are a must.

Personal Trainer

Responsibilities will include: Sell and deliver personal training services to members, schedule and conduct introductory sessions, perform fitness assessments as requested by members, assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during their workouts and support and encourage members to meet their fitness goals. Maintain a clean, safe and orderly fitness floor.

Required Background: Degree in fitness related field or certificate from accredited program at a university. Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ACSM, NASM, etc.) required. Current CPR certification is required. Ability to project and promote a professional image; strong work ethic and customer service skills are a must.

Group Exercise Instructor

Responsibilities will include: Lead group exercise classes, assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during their workouts, support and encourage members to meet their fitness goals, perform fitness assessments.

Required Background: Experience in teaching group exercise. ACE certification. Current CPR certification is required. Ability to project and promote a professional image; strong work ethic and customer service skills are a must. AA degree or higher preferred.

Service Desk Representative

Responsibilities will include: Greeting members and guests, answer telephone, schedule appointments, assist members with purchases of retail goods and club services, present membership information to prospective members, promote club services and activities.

Required Background: High school diploma. Experience in customer service or service industry. Ability to project and promote a professional image; strong work ethic and customer service skills are a must.
